Every person who sits across from me is different, but a lot of the women and girls I work with are facing similar challenges:
If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Getting started is simple, and there's no pressure to have it all figured out before you reach out.
1. Book a free 20-minute Connect Session. This is a no-obligation chat so we can meet, you can ask questions, and we can both check that it feels like a good fit.
2. First Session. We'll spend time understanding what is happening and what you would like help with.
3. Work Together. We'll explore patterns, thoughts, emotions, pressures and possible changes at your pace.
4. Review. We'll check in along the way about what's helping, what has changed and what you still need.
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling.
Sometimes you just need somewhere to put things down for a while, with someone who's genuinely listening.
I'm a counsellor with a Bachelor of Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, supporting women and girls through the pressures, changes and challenges that can make life feel overwhelming.
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles, leading large teams and complex operations. Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the human side of work:
Every interaction and every person contributed to my intentional career change into counselling.
Outside work, I'm also a mother and stepmother, daughter, sister and friend. I've balanced parenting, full-time work and study, and understand how easily responsibilities can pile up.
I don't assume my experience is the same as yours, but it has shaped the way I understand the pressures women can carry.
I don't believe counselling is about telling you what to do or assuming there is something about you that needs to be ‘fixed’. We'll work together to understand what you're experiencing, what may be contributing to it, and what might help.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you book. We can start with exactly where you are.
This is not a crisis care service. If you have an urgent medical need please dial 000 or for urgent mental health support contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636
